Our Story
We launched Richard King Estate Agents because we saw a gap in the market. Trust in estate agents is low, and rightly so in many cases. Too many agencies focus on volume over quality, on closing deals rather than building relationships.
We wanted to do it differently. From the way we communicate with clients to the small touches we add throughout the journey, welcome packs, personal updates, genuine care, everything we do is designed to make you feel valued.
We’re a local agency. We know Cardiff, Newport, Swansea, Caerphilly, Merthyr Tydfil and the Rhondda intimately. And that local knowledge, combined with a modern, proactive approach to marketing, means we consistently get great results for the people we work with.
